About this light

Four round solar disk lights that bury or sit flush in the ground, so the only thing you see at night is the glow. Each disk has a stainless steel and ABS body about 12 cm across, eight LEDs, a 2 V solar panel on top and a 600 mAh rechargeable battery. They charge in six to eight hours of sun and run for roughly three to six hours after dusk, so they are best as decorative edging and path-marking in the early evening, not as an all-night safety light. Rated IP65. Place them along a garden bed, around a tree, down the sides of a lawn path or set into the soil beside paving. The listing gives no load rating, so keep them to garden and path edges and out of wheel paths and anywhere a vehicle will drive over them.

Common questions

How long do they stay on?+

The supplier rates them at about three to six hours after dusk following a full charge, so they suit evening ambience more than all-night lighting.

Can I drive over them?+

No. The listing does not give a vehicle load rating, so we do not recommend placing them where a car or trailer will drive over them.

How do I install them?+

Dig a shallow hole the size of the disk and press it in with the panel level with the surface and clear of mulch, leaves and long grass so it can charge.

How many lights are in the pack?+

Four complete disk lights, each with its own panel and battery.

How long will delivery take?+

These are supplied direct from our overseas supplier, typically 5 to 12 business days within Australia. Delivery is free.
