What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect the details you type in: your name, email, phone number, suburb or postcode, and the description of your project. If you buy from our online shop we also collect your delivery address and payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

How we use your enquiry

Stone Front connects customers with sandstone suppliers. To get you pricing and availability quickly, we share the details of your enquiry with a small number of independent supply partners (at most three) who stock the products you asked about and deliver to your area. Those partners contact you directly about your enquiry only. They receive your name, contact details, suburb and project description.

If you would prefer we do not share your enquiry, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at info@stonefront.com.au and we will handle it ourselves.

Suppliers

Businesses that register as supply partners provide a business name, contact details and ABN. We use these to deliver enquiries, manage prepaid lead credit, and send service emails. We may email businesses that publicly advertise sandstone supply about enquiries in their area; every such email includes a working unsubscribe link and we honour it immediately.

Storage and security

Enquiry and account data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Emails are sent through Postmark. Payments are processed by Stripe. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to service the enquiry and for our records, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@stonefront.com.au. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
